Stanislas Wawrinka is about to take part in the 2011 edition of the US Open. Stanislas Wawrinka se présente à l’US Open! This event is the last Grand Slam tournament of the season. It takes place in New York, USA, from august 29th to september 11th. Entirely played outdoors and on hard courts, it is one of the most challenging tournaments of the modern era. Stan did not miss one edition since his first participation in 2005. During the 2010 tournament, he made his way up to the quarterfinals, which is his best performance in a Grand Slam event to this day. Stan has been preparing a lot for the US Open and practicing with his friend Jo Wilfried Tsonga. Stan a efffectué une très bonne préparation – s’entrainant notamment avec son ami Jo Tsonga – et il espère ainsi faire au moins aussi bien cette année!
