Stanislas Wawrinka is about to take part in the Paris Masters. After his unexpected loss in the Swiss Indoors first round match against Davydenko, Stan is in Paris with lots of confidence and ambition. In the 2010 edition of the Paris Bercy Masters, Stan had to yield to the eventual winner Robin Soderling in the third round! Last year he did not go past the first round against John Isner. Stanislas Wawrinka is currently ranked ATP 17 and has been preparing a lot for the french ATP World Tour Masters 1000 event. His current physical and mental shape are good reasons to be optimistic as far as this indoor tournament is concerned. Stan particularly enjoys the Paris Masters and he can’t wait for it to start! Lors de l’édition 2010, il avait du céder sans démériter en huitièmes de finale face à Robin Soderling, qui allait remporter le tournoi quelques jours plus tard. L’an dernier, il a du s’incliner au premier tour face au géant américain Isner. Stanislas Wawrinka, actuellement 17ème au classement ATP, s’est très bien préparé pour le tournoi de Paris Bercy (appartenant à la catégorie des masters 1000), et son niveau de motivation actuel autorise l’optimisme pour cette épreuve disputée sur dur et en intérieur. Il n’a qu’une seule envie : que ce tournoi qu’il affectionne particulièrement débute enfin!
